Open it up and you're met with red cherry fruit with a herby edge on the nose, the palate is fleshy and characterful with a hint of Italian rusticity and some balancing structure. A tasty country red with just a touch of tannin.
Great with a spicy pasta dish and plate of charcuterie.
Domaine Fiumicicoli (pronounced phew-me-chikoli) lies at the heart of Corse Sartène, considered to be one of the best of Corsica's nine appellations.
