When will my wine arrive?
National deliveries are typically delivered within two working days (Monday to Friday), between 9am and 5:30pm. Need your wine by a certain time? We offer time specific deliveries to most areas, however, surcharges do apply.
Need a two working day delivery guarantee?
Just place your order before 2pm. During busier times of the year like Christmas, we ask you to submit your orders by noon.
Where do we deliver? We deliver to all UK addresses and business addresses in continental Europe. Currently, we do not ship worldwide. For specific fees, please see below.
Wine for the weekend? We offer Saturday morning deliveries to most areas in the UK, with a small surcharge. Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holiday, so please be sure to plan ahead.
Do you offer same day delivery? At the moment, we do not offer same day delivery. If you're local, when possible, we will try our best to accommodate.
Can I track my order? Absolutely! Once your order has been placed, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can track your parcel.
Do I need to be present to receive my wine? Our carriers require someone over the age of 18 to sign for your parcel once it arrives. You are welcome to leave specific instructions when you make your order in the Notes section if for instance, you'd like to have a neighbour collect and sign for you.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes? Because we need a signature for the parcels, unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Sending a wine gift? Please provide us with the recipient's address and check their availability to determine if they'll be home to receive the parcel. We wouldn't want them to miss your gift if they're away on holiday!
I've missed my delivery! What should I do? We're sorry we missed you. Please contact your local depot and they can help you reschedule your delivery.
Does a residential delivery present a potential problem? Feel free to use a work address instead.
How many times are deliveries attempted? Our courier company attempts delivery twice if necessary and will leave a contact card if you're not in to receive your parcel. If you do not contact their local depot, the parcel may be returned to us after 5 working days - the cost of which will be passed on to the customer.
What do I do if my parcel is damaged? If your parcel is damaged, you have a few options. 1) You can refuse to sign for it. The parcel will be returned to us, and we will send you a replacement.
2) You can accept the delivery, but when signing, write down how many bottles are damaged and the nature of the damage. We will then make arrangements to send replacement bottles to you, or if you prefer, offer a refund for the damaged bottles. Claims for breakages or shortage must be made by telephone within 24 hours of delivery. You may reach us at 0161 438 0101, and then we ask that you confirm your claim in writing.
How long will does it take to get my replacement or refund? We fully investigate all claims and replace bottles or refund where necessary within 7 working days of notification.
Local delivery: Manchester City Centre and Didsbury area postcodes: M1, M2, M20 free delivery for 12 bottles or more and orders over £99.
Free national delivery when you spend over £99.
Next working day delivery: fixed rate of £8.50 per delivery address.
The Scottish Islands & Highlands: £18.50 to Highlands and the Islands.
Northern Ireland: £20.00
Isle of Wight: £20.00
Isle of Man: £40.00
Mainland Europe- unfortunately, we can only deliver to business addresses. UK Saturday deliveries: Saturday morning - £30.00. This must be requested at the time of checkout and does not cover all areas (Scottish Highlands, Islands, and the Isle of Man).
Time specific delivery: Monday to Friday morning before 12.00pm - £15.00. Time specific delivery must be requested at checkout.
Redirection fee: If you provided us with the wrong address or need to redirect your parcel to a new address after it has left our warehouse, we will charge a £10 redirection fee to your credit card.
