Delivery
Our delivery service:
- Free standard delivery if you spend over £100* (Available to addresses in mainland UK, with some postcode exceptions - see below)

Orders under £100:
- For orders of only 1 bottle (up to 2kg) we can now dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service for £4.99 Orders must be placed by 10am for same-day dispatch (Mon-Fri)
- Delivery Within 2 working Days (Express 48) on orders placed by 2pm is £7.49 for orders of 1-6 bottles.
- Delivery Within 2 working Days (Express 48) on orders placed by 2pm is £8.49 for orders of 7-12+ bottles.
Next Working Day Delivery (Express 24) on orders placed by 2pm is £9.49
- All orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day. (10am for Royal Mail Tracked)
- Orders received at the weekend or after 2pm Monday to Friday will not be dispatched until the following working day.
- Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will not be processed until the next working day
- Free delivery via Express 48 applicable to single orders to one destination with a value over £100 - Postcode exceptions apply for addresses in the Scottish Highlands & islands.
Click and collect (In-store pickup)

FREE Click & Collect is now available from our Didsbury shop, Altrincham, Manchester (Mackie Mayor), Macclesfield (Picturedrome), Bents Garden, and Home shops.
- Click & Collect (In-store Pick-Up) orders are fulfilled from our central warehouse and transferred to the collection site. The waiting time for each collection site from the point of ordering is dependent on our transfer schedule.
- For collections from our Didsbury shop, orders placed Monday - Friday (by 10am) will be available next day, orders placed later than this or on a Saturday - Sunday will be available on the following Tuesday.

Collection orders received for Manchester (Mackie Mayor) by 9am on transfer days will be transferred to the shop each Monday, Tuesday & Friday.
- Collection orders received for Altrincham by 9am transfer days will be transferred to the shop each Tuesday and Thursday.
- Collection orders received for Macclesfield Picturedrome by 9am on transfer days will be transferred to the shop each Thursday.
- Collection order for Reserve at Bents by 7am on transfer days will be transferred to the shop each Wednesday.
- You will be notified via email when your order has arrived at your chosen collection site and is available to collect.
Delivery to multiple addresses
- If you'd like to deliver to multiple addresses, please put through each order separately or for larger numbers, please get in touch with us at hello@reservewines.co.uk and we'd be delighted to assist
Northern Ireland , the Isle of Man and Scottish Islands & Highlands
- We deliver to Northern Ireland , the Isle of Man and Scottish Islands & Highlands, but this is not available fro delivery the next working day and surcharges do apply (see Delivery costs below)
- We can offer Saturday morning deliveries and time specific deliveries to most areas, but surcharges do apply (see Delivery costs below)
- We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays
- We do not offer a same day delivery service
- We currently deliver to all addresses within the UK
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times unless a time specific delivery has been requested and paid for
- You can select a future working day for delivery if you wish
- Internet tracking– when your order is placed with us, we will send you a unique internet tracking number so that you can track your parcel.
Delivery costs
- Next Working Day Delivery is fixed at a rate of £9.49 per delivery address.
- Delivery to The Scottish Islands & Highlands incurs a supplement charged by our carrier, making the total delivery charge £17.99 to Highlands and the Islands.
- Delivery to Northern Ireland is £23.99.
- Delivery to the Isle of Wight is £13.99, whilst the Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly are £23.99.
Delivery details and re-direction costs
- Our courier company attempts delivery twice if necessary and leaves a contact card if the recipient is not in. If the recipient does not then call their local depot, the parcel may be returned to us after 5 working days.
Saturday and Time-Specific Deliveries
- Saturday deliveries must be specifically requested on the checkout page and cost £22.99. This is a Saturday morning service only. Please note that in some areas this service does not operate ( Scottish Highlands or Islands, Isle of Man)
- Pre 12 o’clock deliveries(Monday to Friday only) must be specifically requested on the checkout page and cost £11.99
Deliveries to Europe and the Rest of the World
- Currently we cannot deliver outside of Mainland UK.
Bank Holiday deliveries
- We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
Damaged or faulty goods – the replacement / refund procedure
- Customers are requested to examine all goods at the time of delivery if the parcel is damaged, you can refuse to sign for it. The parcel will be returned to us, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent
- You can accept the delivery, but when signing, you must write down how many bottles are damaged and the nature of the damage. We can then make arrangements for replacement bottles to be sent to you, or a refund for the damaged bottles if preferred
