By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
It is illegal for persons under the age of 18 to purchase alcohol in the United Kingdom.
By placing an order containing alcohol, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to carry out age verification checks before dispatch, on collection, or at the point of delivery.
If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, we reserve the right to refuse the sale or delivery of alcohol and cancel the order.
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between you and Reserve Limited is formed when your order is dispatched or made available for collection and we send confirmation of this.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:
If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, vintages, prices and availability are accurate.

Payment is taken at the time an order is placed.
All card payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and associated payment providers.
Reserve Limited does not store, process or have access to your full payment card details at any time.
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery charges and options are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on delivery location, order value and delivery speed selected.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are generally dispatched the same working day.
Royal Mail Tracked orders must be placed before 10am for same-day dispatch.
Orders placed after the applicable cut-off time, at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service has been purchased.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate at the time of ordering.
We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.
Where a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect address information, additional delivery charges may apply before re-dispatch.
Additional delivery charges and restrictions may apply to certain postcodes, including the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly.

We offer free Click & Collect from selected Reserve Wines locations.
Orders are transferred from our warehouse to collection locations on scheduled transfer days.
You will receive confirmation by email when your order is ready for collection.
Alcohol may only be collected by persons aged 18 or over and valid identification may be requested.
Customers should inspect their order upon delivery.
If goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@reservewines.co.uk.
Where possible, photographs should be provided to assist with assessment.
Where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

Reserve Wines offers both rolling subscription plans and fixed-term gift subscriptions.
Rolling subscriptions renew automatically according to the subscription frequency selected by the customer.
By purchasing a rolling subscription, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method automatically on each renewal date until cancelled.
Customers may cancel a rolling subscription at any time before the next scheduled renewal date through their subscription portal.
Where a renewal payment has already been processed, cancellation will take effect from the following billing cycle.
Fixed-term gift subscriptions are prepaid for the selected subscription period and do not automatically renew at the end of the term.
We reserve the right to amend subscription pricing, contents or benefits from time to time.
Where a material change affects an active subscription, reasonable notice will be provided.
Occasionally wines featured in a subscription may become unavailable.
In such circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute wines with alternatives of equal or greater value.
If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to process payment again and may temporarily suspend subscription deliveries until payment is successfully received.
Tickets for wine tastings and other events are subject to separate Event Ticket Terms & Conditions.
Event tickets are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where an event is cancelled by us or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Gift cards, store credit and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Gift cards may be subject to expiry dates and additional terms displayed at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel promotions where misuse or abuse is suspected.
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions and branding, is owned by or licensed to Reserve Limited.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant goods or services.
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our website or products.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
