We're proud to be a Real Living Wage Employer. Here's a little more information about what this means: 

• The National Living Wage is the legal minimum pay rate, whereas the Real Living Wage is a voluntary rate 
• The Real Living Wage is based on the cost of living, whereas the National Living Wage is a percentage of average earnings 
• Whilst the National Living Wage is updated intermittently by the Government, the Real Living Wage is calculated and amended annually 
• The Real Living Wage applies to all workers over 18, rather than 23 which is the age requirement for the National Living Wage
