Lebanon has one of the oldest winemaking traditions in the world, stretching back to Phoenician times. Today, the Bekaa Valley - a high-altitude plateau at over 1,000 metres above sea level - is the heartland of Lebanese wine production, producing wines of real character: Mediterranean ripeness balanced by mountain freshness, with a food-friendly style that makes them endlessly versatile.

Our Lebanese wine selection draws entirely from the Bekaa Valley, with bottles from three of the region’s most respected producers. Domaine des Tourelles - Lebanon’s oldest commercial winery, founded in 1868 - contributes a dry, organic rosé from Cinsault, Tempranillo and Syrah, a bold old-vine Carignan aged in concrete, and their remarkable skin-contact white made from Merweh, an indigenous Lebanese grape. Château Oumsiyat brings a smooth, medium-bodied red blend of Cinsault, Carignan, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon from high-altitude vines. Massaya’s Le Colombier Rouge - a Grenache, Cinsault and Tempranillo blend - rounds off the range with a fresh, spice-driven everyday red.
