    Natural Wine isn't legally defined anywhere in the world, however it’s generally accepted that Natural Wines are farmed organically, with minimal use of pesticides and herbicides, often using biodynamic practices in the vineyards. They will be fermented with yeasts naturally occurring in the winery and without any additions. Fermentation takes place in a variety of traditional vessels from stainless steel to amphora and the wines are generally bottled without fining or filtration and minimal sulphur just to stabilise the wine. The idea being to create a wine which is alive in the bottle and truly expresses a sense of place.
