What's in it?

Tohu Sauvignon Blanc, 13.5%, New Zealand

This vibrant wine displays aromas of passionfruit and citrus zest with notes of fresh herbs and green pepper. The concentrated palate is layered with flavours of sweet tropical fruit, bright lemon and lime, and crunchy green apple.

Daniel Crochet, Sancerre, 12.5%, France

Sancerre produces the most elegant, crisp and dry examples of Sauvignon Blanc. This has green apple, pear,  soft grapefruit and citrus and lemon, with a lean minerality and light flint notes. This is a delightful, pure and expertly balanced wine.

Mora & Memo, Tino Vermentino Di Sardegna, 13.5%, Italy

This wonderful wine has long been a staff favourite here, and you only have to look at the bottle to begin to appreciate its unique charms. 'Tino' has had a little skin contact and time on its lees which adds body to the grapefruit and citrus fruit of this subtly complex and herbaceous wine.

Palacio del Camino Real, Rioja Reserva, 14%, Spain

Powerful nose with primary aromas of ripe fruit accompanied by complex spicy and balsamic notes with a slight touch of vanilla. Nicely balanced on the palate with well integrated tannins.

Sottano, Seleccion Malbec, 14.5%, Argentina

This is a seriously satisfying Malbec made with 12 months barrel aging in 70% French and 30% American oak. Aromas of plums, raspberry and violets. Bold and powerful on the palate with dark fruits, chocolate and vanilla.

Domaine Landreau, Cremant de Loire Brut NV, 12%, France

Traditional method sparkling wine made from Chenin blanc and Cabernet Franc. Lots of floral and citrus aromas giving way to almonds and hazlenuts with a creamy texture and elegant bubbles.

Follas Novas Albarino, 12.5% Spain

Fresh and floral Albarino from Galicia, full of white peach, lemon and lime peel and hints of orange blossom. There's a good ripeness and concentration to the fruit and it has a light, crisp and refreshing acidity that makes it a good alternative to Sauvignon Blanc.

Ca dei Maghi, Valpolicella Classico, 13%, Italy

This is a cut above your usual Valpolicella due to due finesse across the palate and the natural purity of the fruit. It has a brilliant ruby colour and intense flavours of maraschino cherry, raspberry and small wild strawberry. Harmonious, fresh, fruity and dry with a typical aftertaste of cherry.

Cantine Sampietrana, Carlone Primitivo di Manduria, 14.5%, Italy

Fantastic Primitivo from Puglia, lots of bright fruits and violet on the nose. The palate is intense and complex with lots of ripe, jammy red fruits, sweet spice, vanilla and balsamic. Full bodied with rich, well intergrated tannins.

Francesc Ricart, Cava Brut, 11.5%, France

his is fresh, balanced and fruity. There’s aromas of flowers and honey mingling with white peach and gentle bready notes. Rich and elegant with opulent flavours of white peach, citrus with a refreshing finish.

Ramilo Branco, 13%, Portugal

A white blend of Arinto, Viosinho & Alvarinho from Lisboa in Portugal, each variety bringing it's own set of characteristics to the party. Arinto brings the acidity and citrus fruit whilst the Viosinho and Alvarinho bring a softer texture and ripe peaches and apricots then the proximity to the Atlantic ocean adds a touch of salinity on the finish.

Andreas Syrah, 14%, South Africa

This is an outstanding wine from a tiny estate. It's really gorgeous rich and powerful but not overblown - just well made and gets better with every new vintage. One to have with something special.
