This is exactly what we look for in a good Picpoul. Bone dry, mouthwatering acidity, fresh, citrussy & impossible not to enjoy. There's a hint of elderflower and grapefruit, even an subtle hit of lychee supporting the lemony citrus core that gives it such a vivacious zing. Try this with oysters or crispy cod & garlic butter.
Tohu Sauvignon Blanc, 13.5% New Zealand
This vibrant wine displays aromas of passionfruit and citrus zest with notes of fresh herbs and green pepper. The concentrated palate is layered with flavours of sweet tropical fruit, bright lemon and lime, and crunchy green apple.
Brotte, Esprit Cotes du Rhone Rouge, 14.5% France
