Tohu Sauvignon Blanc, 13.5%, New Zealand
This vibrant wine displays aromas of passionfruit and citrus zest with notes of fresh herbs and green pepper. The concentrated palate is layered with flavours of sweet tropical fruit, bright lemon and lime, and crunchy green apple.
Benegas Estate Malbec, 14.5%, Argentina
All you would expect from a big Malbec and more. Big intense fruit of course, but there's depth and breadth too and really good freshness throughout. It can age for a few years if you can resist it
Cantine Sampietrana, Settebraccia, 14.5% Italy
This is a big wine from down in the south of Italy made using the lovely sounding grapes Negroamaro and Susumaniello. It's a serious wine with a rich flavour that’s easy to appreciate and its great with aged cheeses, grilled meats, lamb, or gently spicy dishes.
Cortese, Vanedda Bianco 2021, Italy
Trust me when I say you need to try this. There's a blink and you miss it touch of skin contact and its aged in large Slovenian oak. I promise you it's a stunner. There's so much going on in that wine but it's not showy like an oaky chard. I had it over 3 days and each day it was showing better than the day before.

Crémant is the name given to traditional method sparkling wines made outside Champagne, which often gives you incredible value. This Loire example is elegant, fresh at first, then deliciously moreish.
Waterford Antigo 2021, 14%, South Africa
This is a very classy Stellenbosch red – ripe, elegant and just the right side of serious. There’s a lovely peppery freshness alongside all that dark fruit, and it feels like a wine you can really sit with and enjoy.
