The everyday red. This is a little gem. A velvety, fruity blend with bold flavour of ripe berries. It is juicy on the palate with plum, cherry and blackberry finishing with gentle tannins and a little warm spice.
Cuvee Jean Paul, Rouge, 13.5%, France - Vegan
The 'catch up with a friend' red. For when you need the wine to take a back seat to the conversation, but still want something tasty to enjoy. This easy drinking, Southern French red delivers ample rich fruit and an appealing herbal freshness. The palate is lusciously textured with plum, strawberry and a touch of spice. Uncomplicated and deliciously drinkable.
Vina Albergada, Caminante Tempranillo, 13%, Spain
The natural red. Right on trend this is a bright, juicy Tempranillo bursting with sweet damson and soft plum fruit with gentle tannins making it deliciously easy-drinking. A great-value red from young, mainly declassified Rioja vines.
Borsao Macabeo, 12.5%, Spain
The anytime white. A ripe, fruity and refreshing white from the region's premium producer. Delicately fruity and floral nose with ripe peach and lemon. Nutty stone fruit characters are matched by a textural palate and clean, fruity finish
False Bay, 'Slow' Chenin Blanc, 13.5%, Spain - Vegan
The wild ferment white. We love the wines made by False Bay. Their slowly fermented Chenin uses wild yeast shows you can get refreshing wine full of creamy lemon fruit with a subtle savoury complexity at an affordable price. Brilliant with herby roast chicken.
Sensale Grillo Organic, 12.5%, Italy
The sunshine white. Super Sicilian white using the Grillo grape variety. It has bright and juicy white peach and honeydew melon aromas that continue onto the refeshing palate with a tang of grapefruit. Really nicely balanced and very drinkable. Great value wine.
