Get to know: False Bay, 'Slow' Chenin Blanc
Tasting Note
A beautifully textured, naturally fermented Chenin Blanc with aromas of ripe citrus, green plum, and subtle bready notes. On the palate, expect flavours of greengage, crisp apple, and a refreshing lemon acidity, all leading to a long, complex finish with hints of dried herbs.
Try this chilled with grilled fish, creamy pasta, or soft cheeses

"We love the wines made by Nadia Langenegger. Her False Bay Chenin shows you can get refreshing wine with a subtle savoury complexity at an affordable price. Brilliant with herby roast chicken."
Producer Info
