This 2020 Chardonnay has a wonderful combination of fine fruit flavours and tight structure associated with the new wave of modern Margaret River Chardonnays. Dried pear, grapefruit, melon and fig are supported by subtle French oak. The palate is textured and savoury, a result of wild ferment yeast strains.
Pair with a herby roast chicken.
"This is from the Margaret River which is a great region for quality Australian wine. It's a modern style of Chardonnay from a talented winemaker. Great fruit and just enough oak ageing to give it depth. Try it with a roast chicken."
