This 2022 Neropasso is made using the traditional Appassimento method, where selected grapes are partially dried before vinification, creating a wine with intense flavour, plush texture, and remarkable depth – perfect for lovers of smooth, fruit-forward reds. Deep ruby red in colour, with enticing aromas of cherry, black cherry, plum compote, and warm spice. The palate is fine and velvety, offering layers of ripe red and black fruits, gentle spice, and a persistent finish with soft, rounded tannins.
