We hope you’re delighted with your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns and Refunds
You can return unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
How to Return
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sales@reservewines.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Shipping: Once approved, securely pack your items and ship them back to us within 14 days of your return request. Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process the refund within 7 working days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.
