Speyside Whisky

Speyside has the highest concentration of distilleries anywhere in Scotland, and it's usually what people picture first when they think of classic malt whisky: fruity, elegant, not too heavy on the smoke. Right now our Speyside range is entirely Tomintoul whisky, split across two very different bottlings from the distillery. Old Ballantruan is their peated side, which tends to surprise people who assume all Speyside whisky is soft and sweet. The 14 year old PX Quarter Cask goes the other way, dark and sherried after a long finish in Pedro Ximénez casks.
