Nuri - Sardine Pate TFM

Get to know: Nuri Sardine Pâté 65g

Tasting Note

This is sunshine-in-a-tin stuff, full of warmth and nostalgia. Nuri’s sardine pâté is smooth, savoury and gently spiced, made with the same recipe that’s made their whole sardines so iconic. The flavour is rich but balanced – proper sardine depth lifted by sweet tomato, earthy carrot and a subtle aromatic note from cloves and laurel. The texture is soft and spreadable, with just enough body to feel satisfying rather than heavy.

It’s perfect spread generously on bread or crackers, or spooned onto cucumber slices for something lighter but still full of flavour.

Enjoy this with toasted bread, crisp crackers or fresh cucumber, perhaps with a few olives and a squeeze of lemon on the side.

Kate Says

"This instantly takes me back to Portuguese holidays – a bit of sunshine, a plate of snacks and no real plan. It’s gently spiced, properly savoury and dangerously easy to polish off."
