A pale yellow colour with a beautiful clarity. Powerful, dashing, chiselled nose offering wonderful freshness with fruity notes of green apple scattered with tiny springtime scrubland flowers (hawthorn, rock rose). A vivid palate with a touch of minerality underlining the finish.
I absolutely love this wine, they have an innovative approach to winemaking, maintaining a close relationship with nature in the gorgeous vineyards in the Rouveyrolles valley, which benefits from a unique microclimate. My serving suggestion is with fish, seafood, white meat or vegetarian dishes.
Intemporal is a White wine produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon region in France, by Domaine De La Dourbie. 100% Grenache Gris.
The estate was founded in 1781 at the foot of the Causse du Larzac, on the right bank of the Hérault. It takes its name from the Dourbie, a small river that runs through the vineyard and into the Hérault. After acquiring it in 2003, the winery invested in other plots, notably the exceptional Rouveyrolles valley and the Aspiran hillsides.
Their approach is based on authenticity, and a symbiosis with the terroir, the vines and the local producers. Driven by an attachment to the Hérault valley, with a hunger for adventure and new experiences.
