Domaine Landreau, Cremant de Loire Brut NV, 12% ABV, France
One of our favourite sparkling wines, this cremant has a brilliant balance of citrus blossom, green apple, and lemon balm are complemented by subtle hints of almond and hazelnut. Lovely in a morning bucks fizz with orange juice or as an apéritif.

Domaine Gayda, En Passant White, 13.5% ABV, France
Fresh, bright and Mediterranean in style, this white is full of apricot, pear, almond and acacia blossom. Balanced and refined, it’s a great partner for grilled sea bass, lemony salads or roasted fennel dishes.

Bodegas Palacio, Glorioso Blanco, 13.5% ABV, Spain
A beautifully balanced white Rioja with layers of citrus, crisp apple and white flowers, plus a touch of ripe stone fruit and lees-aged richness. Smooth and rounded, with a zesty lift. Pair with roast turkey, seafood paella or roasted cauliflower.

Domaine Gayda, Sphere Pinot Noir, 12.5% ABV, France – Vegan
On the nose, lush red cherry and raspberry, with a twist of cinnamon emerging as it opens. The palate is light and fresh - wild strawberries to start, soft spice, cocoa and a silky finish full of mocha and tonka bean. Gentle structure, subtle depth, satisfying finish – ideal with duck, mushrooms or chicken.

Cantine Sampietrana, Brindisi Riserva, 13.5% ABV, Italy – Vegan
A full-bodied southern Italian red with aromas of blackberry, plum and liquorice, plus hints of clove and cinnamon. Velvety and layered, with vanilla and dark chocolate notes from 12 months in oak. Perfect with roast lamb, beef or mature cheeses.

Niepoort, LBV Port 2020 (Half-Bottle), 20% ABV, Portugal
Dark red with forest fruit aromas, dark chocolate and subtle floral notes. Balanced, fresh and rich with a spirit-driven finish. A classic match for chocolate desserts, or a heavenly partner with strong cheeses like cheddar and gouda.
