Channelling lighter-bodied red, Wednesday's Domaine Sanguine has noticeable depth and complexity, with hints of plums and blackcurrants.
Beginning with a beautiful Tempranillo from the historic La Mancha region of Central Spain, Wednesday's Domaine wines are gently de-alcoholised using the latest technology before being blended with a handful of natural ingredients that lift body, flavour, aroma and length in the absence of alcohol.

Wednesday's Domaine was started in 2021 by Luke Hemsley who wanted to solve the problem he faced when trying to find a good alcohol-free wine. Their aim is to recreate the experience of drinking wine - the flavours, textures and aromas - as faithfully as possible in the absence of alcohol.
