Warramate is a small, independently owned vineyard in Victoria's Yarra Valley, established in 1970. All fruit here is hand picked before being destemmed and crushed. Fermented on skins and hand plunged at regular intervals to extract colour, flavour and tannins. Packed with blackcurrant and sarsparilla notes, with some blackcurrant leaf. Medium bodied, the fruit is succulent and juicy with a deep, concentrated finish .
