Emilio's better cuvee from selected, hand harvested, vines and fermented with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged for six months on lees in French oak for added texture and richness. A few of years in bottle has helped to integrate the oak, revealing a highly classy wine, full of citrus, brioche and toasted hazlenuts.
