Clare Valley Riesling has a typical crisp, tangy and dry character with aromas of citrus, blossom and mineral hints. It has a sense of fun on a deliciously juicy, mouthfilling palate with wonderful, guava and lemon fruit and mouthwatering freshness. A nice alternative to Sauvignon Blanc or Albarino
Try with seabass cooked with ginger and coriander.

Founded by Giles Cooke MW & Fergal Tynan MW, who also make wine for Thistledown, the mundane is just not in their DNA. The artwork on the character series of labels is inspired by the esteemed 19th century French caricaturist JJ Grandville.
