Rich indulgent and seductively perfumed. Dark fruit cake laces with ginger, hints of walnuts, cocoa nibs and apple crumble. The palate is complex and creamy with wood spice balanced by a manuka honey, candied pecans and Christmas cake. It finishes with bold and lingering dark fruits and chocolate.
We think that this is one of the best single malts to be produced by the Lakes Distillery. A spectacular and memorable experience to the last drop.

The Lakes Distillery is Cockermouth within the Lake District National Park in the north of England. It is the first whisky distillery operating in the Lakes for over 100 years. Paul Currie was a veteran of the Scottish Whisky industry and saw the potential in the area. After renovating an old dairy farm they were able to bring that vision to reality. Together with whiskymaker Dhavall Gandhi they set about creating a unpeated, sherried whisky that was distinctive for the place, and continue to create and innovate through new editions.
