The skin contact wine from the Baby Bandito range, this is 100% Chenin with an 8 day maceration period to extract colour, tannins and texture from the skins. It still has the precise acidity you expect from Testalonga and lots of green, zippy fruit but back up with a slightly pithy, gingery spice.

This would work nicely with aromatic, lightly spiced dishes. Lamb Kofta would be great.
