    Terenzuola, Permano Vermentino 2017

    Medium bodied white with a golden hue and a complex aroma with notes of apple, pineapple, dried citrus peel and a savoury yeasty note that is a little like parmesan cheese. It's had 8 months on its lees (yeast) which has given it a rich unctuous character and minerality that makes it a wine that is best shown alongside some food. 

    Try it with a roasted cauliflower with tahini and lemon dressing.
