Selladore en Provence Blanc 2025

Get to know: Selladore en Provence Blanc 2025

A crisp and mineral-driven Provence white wine from the elevated vineyards of the Coteaux Varois en Provence.

Tasting Note

Selladore en Provence Blanc 2025 is a fresh, precise white that leans into citrus and mineral elegance. Pale and bright in colour with subtle green highlights, it opens with delicate aromas of orange blossom, mandarin zest, and a light honeyed note from the Sémillon. On the palate, this Rolle and Sémillon blend is vibrant and focused, with zesty citrus fruit, a fine mineral backbone, and a clean, refreshing lift. It finishes crisp and persistent, leaving a mouthwatering impression. A refined and lively white that’s perfect for lovers of bright, modern southern French whites.

Top food pairings:

  • Sea bream ceviche or fresh oysters
  • Grilled fish with lemon and herbs
  • Light seafood dishes or enjoyed as an aperitif
Kate Says

"This is all about precision – clean, citrus-led and really refreshing without feeling too sharp. Brilliant with seafood, or just when you want something properly crisp and focused."

Producer Info

Domaine Saint Jean de Villecroze is a historic and respected estate in Provence, with origins dating back to antiquity and a winemaking tradition influenced by Roman and Templar history. Located in the Haut Var between the Alps and the Mediterranean, the vineyard benefits from a unique microclimate where warm sunshine is balanced by cooling Mistral winds. This natural setting allows for low-intervention viticulture and a move towards organic practices, producing expressive and authentic Provence wines.

How it’s made:

  • Varieties: Rolle (Vermentino) and Sémillon
  • Hand-harvested at night to preserve freshness and acidity
  • Low-temperature pressing of destemmed grapes
  • Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
  • Short maturation to retain purity and enhance natural minerality

Good to know:

  • Region: Coteaux Varois en Provence, France
  • Style: White, still, dry and fresh
  • Closure: Cork
  • Vegan: No
  • ABV: 12.5%
  • Vintage: 2025

Why we love it:

This Provence white wine is all about clarity and freshness – bright citrus, subtle florals, and a clean mineral finish. It’s a versatile, seafood-friendly style that shines as both an aperitif and at the table.
