Saint-Jean de Villecroze Rose 2025

Get to know: Saint-Jean de Villecroze Rosé 2025

A beautifully poised Provence rosé wine from the sun-drenched vineyards of the Haut Var in southern France.

Tasting Note

Saint-Jean de Villecroze Rosé 2025 is an elegant, refreshing Côtes de Provence rosé that is delicate and precise. Pale, luminous pink in colour with inviting aromas of wild strawberry, citrus zest, and a subtle floral lift. On the palate, it’s round yet fresh, balancing juicy red berry fruit with a gentle mineral edge. Made from classic Provençal grapes including Cinsault and Syrah, it offers a balanced mix of fruit, texture, and crisp acidity, finishing long with notes of strawberry and citrus. A refined yet approachable French rosé that captures the essence of Provence.

Top food pairings:

  • Grilled prawns with garlic and lemon
  • Roast chicken with Provençal herbs
  • Niçoise salad or fresh goat’s cheese
Kate Says

"This is exactly what you want from a Provence rosé – pale, fresh, and just the right amount of fruit flavour. Pop it in the fridge, pour a glass, and suddenly it feels like summer has arrived."
