Refreshing, naturally made wine from South Africa, unfined and unfiltered, best served slightly chilled, easy drinking summer wine with plenty of red berry fruit and a savoury edge.
Radford Dale was founded by drinking buddies Ben and Alex decided to make some wine from only 13 hectares of Gamay Noir planted in South Africa, making wines in the style of Beaujolais using semi carbonic maceration and bottling the wines unfined, unfiltered and with minimal sulphur at bottling.
The perfect red to have with red meat, steak tacos with some avocado and pomegranate seeds sounds like a winner!
