The house style from Chateau Puybarbe in the Cotes de Bourg. Gaia is a fruit forward Merlot dominant blend. No oak ageing here produces a wine full of ripe blackcurrant and roasted coffee. Medium bodied and with fine tannins making it the perfect claret to drink young and pairs with a range of poultry such as duck or roast chicken.
