100% Nerello Mascalese, from IGP Terre Siciliane, grown on volcanic calcareous soils. Hand picked and aged in a mixture of large oak vats and concrete tanks. Aromas of morello cherries and raspberries with hints of spice. On the palate it is rich and velvety with great structure and a long elegant finish. Perfectly paired with aged cheese or a summer BBQ.
