Novapalma's name directly translates as new hand. The wine brand draws on the ancient star-shaped fortified town in Fruili and aims to combine the heritage of this northern Italian land with a fresh modern approach. Reflecting an appreciation and care for the land that has been existed there for centuries.
The blend for this wine is 85% Glera, 5% Pinot Grigio, 10% other grape varieties. The fruit is manually harvested and gently pressed and fermented.
