Achillee Pepin Blanc NV, 12.5%, France, Vegan
Achillée is a sustainable, project that's been Organic since the 90's and really goes for the minimal intervention winemaking approach. We love this blend that a touch of skin contact. It has nice aromatics as you'd expect with a touch of spice and pithy texture.
Maremosso Bianco Catarratto IGP, 13.5%, Italy, Vegan
100% Catarratto grapes spend a few weeks macerating on their skins to extract colour, flavour and texture during wild yeast fermentation. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration and with low sulfur and they use Organic practices in the vineyards. The wine itself has a lovely pithy texture, full of ginger, sweet spices and savory herbs.
Pearl Mountain, Flight of the Drongo, 12%, South Africa, Vegan
A collaboration between farmer David Retief and natural winemaking legend Craig Hawkins. It’s pale in colour, almost ethereal, with flinty and smoky aromas that give it a distinctive edge. On the palate, there’s a slight spritz – a refreshing touch for some, though it can be smoothed out by decanting. Fresh, zesty, and unique, this wine dances lightly across the tongue, embodying the free-spirited nature of its namesake bird
Les Vignerons d'Estezargues, VdP du Gard Cuvee des Galets, 14%, France, Vegan
Natural Grenache/Syrah/Carignan blend from the Southern Rhone. Sourced from Organic and Biodynamically farmed vineyards its packed full of dark berry fruits, liquorice and spice. A truly accessible natural red wine that pairs well with most types of food. There's no fining or filtration and minimal Sulphur added at bottling.
Eric Texier, Chat Fou VDF, 12.5%, France, Vegan
This 'crazy cat' wine has a real cult following. A blend of red and white grapes producing a joyfully bright wine, with crunchy red cherry, plum fruit and spice, beautiful plush texture from the concrete fermentation, and incredible purity and drinking pleasure.
MA Arndorfer, Gruner Veltliner Handcrafted, 12%, Austria, Vegan
Gorgeous Grüner Veltiner made using spontaneous fermentation. It’s light and zesty in the way that makes this grape so appealing, delivering apple, pear and citrus fruit and finishing with a taut minerality and herbal note.
