All these wines are made with a hands off approach in the vineyards and the winery leading to wines that truly express where they come from. They are spontaneously fermented with yeasts that are already on the grapes, they use no additives in the winery, they are unfiltered and have minimal added sulphites. Covering a range of styles from red, white, orange and sparkling wines the demonstrate quality winemaking.
Ca Di Rajo Lemoss Frizzante, 10.5%, Italy, Vegan
This is a rustic sparkling wine made in the old fashioned col fondo (on the yeast) style with zero dosage, unfiltered and frizzante. The result is a lighter fizz than other sparkling wines. Lots of citrus peel, green apple combine with refreshing acidity and a beautiful dry finish.
Rallo, Vicoletto Catarratto, 12.5%, Italy, Vegan
This wine is a slice of Sicilian sunshine. It has a beautiful mix of citrus, grapefruit, apple and melon fruit on the nose. These follow onto the palate, complemented by a subtle note of Mediterranean herbs and a backbone of fresh acidity. 10% of the wine is fermented on skins for 12 days. Bottled without fining or filtration.
Ciu Ciu, Bianco Falerio "Oris", 13%, Italy, Vegan
The Ciu Ciu farm was founded in 1970 and has grown to 150 hectares of organic vines. The Bianco is a blend of Passerina and Pecorino with soft floral aromas, green apple, hints of banana and hazelnut with a touch of vanilla. A beautifully delicate, soft white wine that is perfect with vegetable risotto.
Les Vignerons d'Estezargues, VdP du Gard Cuvee des Galets, 14%, France, Vegan
Natural Grenache/Syrah/Carignan blend from the Southern Rhone. Sourced from Organic and Biodynamically farmed vineyards its packed full of dark berry fruits, liquorice and spice. A truly accessible natural red wine that pairs well with most types of food. There's no fining or filtration and minimal Sulphur added at bottling.
Baglio Antico Nero d'Avola IGP, 13%, Italy, Vegan
Made with natural yeasts and minimal intervention in the winery. It has inviting aromas of rich black fruits and spice which follow on to a medium bodied palate. It's unfined and unfiltered and the flavours are clean resulting in a fresh Nero d'Avola that has an underlying richness and intensity.
MA Arndorfer, Gruner Veltliner Handcrafted, 12%, Austria, Vegan
Gorgeous Grüner Veltiner made using spontaneous fermentation. It’s light and zesty in the way that makes this grape so appealing, delivering apple, pear and citrus fruit and finishing with a taut minerality and herbal note.
