From some of the best vineyards in the Roussillon, this distincively French white wine is crafted from native varietals to the region, usually a blend of Colombard, Vermentino, Marsanne or Grenache Blanc. The soils are rich in clay and silt. A traditional white wine fermentation follows a direct pressing and racking in stainless steel without carbonic maceration.
