Lots of floral aromas backed up with lemon citrus fruit and a hint of spice. This is a rich, full bodied white balanced with a lovely streak of acidity.
A blend of Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Verdelho and Rousanne all from bush vines, aged for around 10 months in barrel before blending together and bottling.
A great white to try with fattier fish such as salmon or trout with a creamy sauce.
