The Remi Jeanniard family estate was created in 2004, with 5.8 hectares of vines across the villages of Morey Saint Denis, Gevrey Chambertin and Chambolle Musigny in the heart of the Cote de Nuits. The philosophy is to show respect to the land to create wine that reflects the variety, vintage and fantastic terroir.
The 2019 Chambolle-Musigny spends around 12 months in oak barrels, 20% of which are new, soft florals and juicy red berries on the nose combine with great structure and a creamy rich texture. The tannins are firm and balanced with the acidity. This is a real gem of a wine, from an under the radar producer, whether you're drinking now or laying down in the cellar.
