Aligote from a small family estate of 5.8 hectares across the Cote de Nuits in Burgundy. Yeilds are kept low and the wine is aged for 10 months in old oak barrels just add complexity and help to develop the wine before bottling. The resulting wine is crisp and refreshing with citrus, green apple and a floral nose.
