Tasting Note

Hinch Distilleries latest limited release. Aged for 11 years in ex Bourbon American Oak and finished in 500 litre Massi Amarone casks for another 12 months. It's the perfect partnership of rich, red wine and the iconic Hinch Irish Whiskey taste. It has a deep, golden hue from the ageing with lots of mulled spices, plums and blackcurrants and a superbly balanced, luscious finish.
