Le Vins de la Gabare is a collaborative project aiming to produce excellent, organically farmed, natural wines that reflect the place they came from whilst delivering fantastic value for money. This is a refreshing, vibrant, clean Chenin with a soft rich texture and then a hit of minerality and salinity on the long, clean finish. Would be a great pairing with smoked trout.
