Forest Gin is distilled by the Bond family in batches of a maximum of 85 bottles at a time. Each bottle contains sourced, organic juniper berries, organic coriander seeds, superior quality vanilla pods, liquorice root and Angelica. In addition there are foraged wild bilberries, raspberries & blackberries with peak district moss,ferns and A sprinkling of wild flowers, bark & pine. Finally it is blended to 42% abv with the softest forest spring water collected from a spring 1,200 ft above sea level. An ancient spring in the Peak District.
The Earl grey gin is blended with Earl Grey Tea by Cheshire blenders Quinteassential.
