A delightful white wine from Catalonia. It has a lovely floral aroma, with hints of citrus, wild flowers and peach. The palate is textured and soft while remaining crisp and light. There's more peach, apple and pear fruit with a mineral finish and saline note.
This is a wine that pairs well with seafood, salads and light dishes.

Made by Maria & Pep, a couple who started from scratch in 2012 after taking over some old vineyards, and have slowly built this project into the successful and experimental winery it is today.
With an average age of 60 years, these vineyards of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada are in the Foix Natural Park, surrounded by oak and pine forest, under a dry climate and on a porous soil (which swallows the water) and calcareous, very poor and shallow, with little organic matter. The great biodiversity present creates a unique ecosystem that naturally regulates the balance of the vineyard. This is a particular way of understanding vineyards and wine, based on the utmost respect for the landscape and tradition, working in an artisanal way... in natural balance.
