Emma and Christian at Domaine Sorine place a huge focus on respected the land on which the farm and showcasing the terroir of their vineyards. Chassagne-Montrachet has long be known as one the region and indeed the worlds top vineyard areas for Chardonnay. They have eliminated chemical pesticides and herbicides from their vineyards, working a lot by hand in the vineyard to manage the vines, grapes and their canopy throughout the season.
