Get to know: Earthsong Dillon's Point Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting Note
A beautiful example of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from a regeneratively farmed vineyard in the renowned Dillon’s Point area of the lower Wairau. The nose is bright with tropical fruit like passion fruit up front with hints of blackcurrant and grapefruit. The palate is fresh and zesty with intense fruit and a slight briny tang on a lovely crisp, mineral finish.
Try with prawn gyoza or seafood dimsum.

"Sustainability and the environment are increasingly important to us so we love to work with producers seeking to improve in this way. Earthsong ensure the fruit is the star in their wine and it shines here. Seriously satisfying to the last drop."
Producer Info
Sourced from one, regeneratively farmed vineyard in the renowned Dillon’s Point area of the lower Wairau. The vineyard is not tilled, extensive cover crops are used and sheep are run in the vineyard over winter to provide nutrients. During the growing season, vines are shoot thinned to provide ideal fruit exposure and ripeness. Proximity to the ocean provides night time cooling which helps to preserve the crisp acids and brininess. Machine harvested cool to preserve freshness. Fermented in tank and matured on fine lees in tank until bottling.
