100% Petit Manseng from the Jurancon. A blend from two vineyard sites, one which emphasises freshness and the other richness and power. It is foot trodden and basket pressed before being fermented in old oak from Bordeaux for 9 months on the lees to add depth and complexity. Lots of citrus fruit, pineapple, peaches and zesty limes. Drinking well now but will improve over time in bottle for a number of years. Enjoy with chicken in mushroom sauce or a pork sunday lunch.
