Get to know: Domaine Belleville, Gevrey Chambertin Creux Brouillard 2017
Tasting Note
Fruit forward with lovely black berries and dark cherries, powerful and complex with toasted notes and an earth edge. The tannins are well intergrated and the finish is elegant and long. A great wine to add to your cellar collection as it has the potential to last up to 10 years.
A great pairing with game, but also ideal for classics like beef bourgignon.
