In 2004, under the enlightened leadership of owners Tim Ford and Anthony Record, in partnership with talented winemaker Vincent Chansault, the estate took a new turn by modernizing significantly.

The grapes for this wine are planted on Limestone plateaus in Minervois. Ageing is done on fine lees. The wine then blended and underwent sterile filtration prior to bottling.
