Tasting Note

A superb example of Puligny-Montrachet’s finesse. With aromas of ripe pear, green apple, citrus zest, and a hint of toasted hazelnut and almond, it offers a rich, creamy texture with a note of hot croissant, flint and honey balanced by lively acidity. Puligny-Montrachet, situated in the Côte de Beaune, is celebrated for its elegant and complex Chardonnays, often considered among the finest in Burgundy. This wine, from the Premier Cru Les Boudrières, stands out for its depth and precision, offering a glimpse of the area’s renowned quality. It provides a refined, well-structured taste of Puligny-Montrachet’s prestigious style without the top-tier price tag.

Enjoy this with roasted chicken with a lemon-herb glaze or a roasted cauliflower and Parmesan gratin.

Kate Says

"This 2020 Puligny-Montrachet offers a luxurious mix of creamy texture and vibrant acidity. Perfect for a celebratory meal, it pairs exceptionally well with a roasted butternut squash and sage ravioli. A must-try for anyone seeking an elegant and refined Burgundy experience."
