A simply stunning vintage Champagne from a wonderful producer. This is the flagship wine of Maison Delavenne, made from a selection of the best plots and only produced only in exceptional years. It is characterized by aromas of white-fleshed and exotic fruits. The palate shows seductive volume and depth, combining full body and finesse.

Single village (mono-cru) Bouzy. 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir from family vineyards planted mid-slope in Bouzy.
Exclusively Grand Cru champagnes created with specific techniques that allow each champagne to naturally express the terroir in its purest form. Low-manipulation, single-village cuvees, only the coeur de cuvee goes in Delavenne's champagnes. A blend of only 2 harvest years maximum. The Grand Cru Vineyards are managed in a holistic way without the use of herbicides and no chemical fertilisers, growth between the vines is encouraged and grapes are hand harvested.
