Family owned since 1920 with 9 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards in Bouzy, Ambonnay and Cramant, with vine averaging 45 years old. The vineyard is managed without the use of herbicides or chemical fertilisers and minimal use of sulphur in the winery to truly express the terroir of the Grand Cru sites. The Bouzy Grand Cru is a blend of 2012 and 2013 vintages, spends 4 years ageing in bottle on the lees to develop complexity and depth. There's an abundance of elegant citrus fruits, peaches and sweet orange peel. The finish is lean and crisp with minerality and salinity making this champagne the perfect accompaniment to oysters or fresh crab.
