Coole Swan are a modern craft liqueur brand. They say it took 231 attempts to find the perfect balance of Smooth soft Irish whiskey, Belgian white chocolate and fresh cream that is Coole Swan. Every batch is blended by them with care in Co. Cavan, Ireland. The name is inspired by ‘The Wild Swans at Coole’, an epic romantic allegory by one of Ireland’s greatest romantic poets, W.B. Yeats.

Their dairy cream comes from our family farm in the Boyne Valley in County Meath. The difference is that their cows graze the luscious green grass year-round to produce the finest cream in Ireland.
Unlike other cream liqueurs, they use only real Belgian chocolate, gently melted and folded into the fresh cream. This is further complemented by a rich bitter-sweet cocoa from Cote-d’Ivoire and enhanced with the complex, delicate infusions of Madagascar bourbon vanilla for incomparable smoothness and a unique melt in the mouth sensation.
